How to Reorder Custom Water Bottles

We offer two types of programs: Pay-as-You-Go Orders and Recurring Orders (Labels Stocked). If you’re unsure which type of account you have or what your label looks like, just ask. We’ll gladly look up your account and share your last order details for reference.
Recurring Orders:
Pay as You Go
With Pay-as-You-Go, we print your water bottle labels each time you place an order. For reorders, we already have your artwork on file and can typically ship within 20–25 business days. The only added step is reprinting the labels but don’t worry, our team handles these projects quickly and efficiently.
Recurring Orders:
Finished Product / Label Stocking Program
When we stock your water bottle labels, recurring orders move very quickly. In many cases, your water can ship within 7–14 business days after the order is placed. We manage your label inventory for you and notify you when supplies are running low, giving you plenty of time to approve the next label run and keep everything moving smoothly.
